Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase from Kura. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We will happily arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.

Clothing
If a clothing item isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

Ceramics & Giftware
Due to the fragile nature of ceramics and giftware, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, so please choose carefully.

If returning clothing, please ensure items are securely packaged to avoid damage in transit.
