Ayumi is a Canberra-based ceramic artist, born in Japan and trained at the Arita College of Ceramics.
Using traditional sometsuke techniques and Gosu cobalt pigment from Arita, she creates each piece by hand, decorating it with delicate motifs inspired by nature.Each piece is unique, carrying its own quiet story.
